Some women find older men attractive. Not that they are inclined to think that younger guys are otherwise. It is just that they are not fascinated with them. Most people believe that a number of women are like this because they find a father figure in every man who is older they meet. This is especially true if the woman is someone who is so attached to her father. But, this cannot be true in all instances.
Some women drop younger men like hot potatoes even at their first attempt to invite them for a date and ended up falling in love with older guys for several other reasons. Now, what are these women’s explanations why they prefer to date guys who are older? Here are the six reasons that younger men have to ponder.
1. Women feel protected.
Women feel safe when they are with someone older than they are. Remember, women have this ‘baby instinct’. They want to be cared for. They want to always be protected by their men. They do not expect men their age – or younger than them – to save them in time of ‘distress’. Yes, a knight in shining armour; that is what women like for men.
2. Women feel emotionally stable.
Women think older guys have already gone through many relationships while they were young; hence, they will not cheat anymore. They are already in the stage of their lives where they are thinking of settling for one woman only. Lover’s quarrel will probably not prevail.
3. Older men are financially secured.
Do not be mistaken. This is not an issue of gold-digging. This is just a matter of becoming practical. For some women, stability is a primary concern; happiness will automatically come next.
4. Older guys are good conversationalists.
Older guys are nurtured by their age and experiences. Generally, they do not make senseless talks. Because some women get bored talking about trivial issues, which often come from younger men; they prefer to have an intelligent conversation with older guys.
5. Older men are serious about their relationship.
Older guys, in general, are serious about matters of the heart. Since they are already of age, they do not play around with girls anymore. They say what they feel – no beating around the bush. Women find peace and contentment in this setup.
6. Older men already have the job.
Some women like to go out with older men because they are sure, they have the funds to shoulder all the costs of their date because they have a stable job. Precisely, they will not feel guilty about them paying all the bills.
7. Older men look more physically alluring.
Sometimes, there is a physical reason women choose older men for a date: older men look sexier than younger men. They have the physique that will make any woman fall. Need we say more?
There are several other reasons that will make women go out on a date for older men. The list may become endless even.
